On August 7, 2023, in Hanoi, the Signing Ceremony of a Cooperation Agreement took place between Hoang Long Cement Group and Ocean Commercial Bank Limited (OceanBank). Accordingly, the two sides will utilize each side's strengths and potentials to bring optimal values to customers and increase synergistic values for both brands.
Attending the Signing Ceremony, on OceanBank's side is Mr. Tran Trung Dung - General Director of OceanBank; Mr. Nguyen Hoai Duc - Deputy General Director; Mr. Ho Tuan Anh - Deputy General Director; along with leaders of the Division, Headquarters Department, and Business Customer Department of OceanBank branches. On Hoang Long Cement Group's side is Mr. Nguyen Sy Tiep - Chairman of Hoang Long Group; Mr. Nguyen Tri Chung - Deputy General Director of the group; Mr. Nguyen Trung - Deputy General Director of the group and representatives of the construction contractor of Hoang Long Hoa Binh project, Chief accountants and Department Heads of companies in the group.
Hoang Long Cement Joint Stock Group is an enterprise with many years of experience in the field of manufacturing and supplying clinker and cement. Hoang Long Group's products are produced on modern lines using modern technology from Europe, with wide coverage, present in virtually all regions and provinces in Vietnam.
To promote the strengths of both sides in the fields of finance and business, towards building a sustainable and growing strategic relationship, OceanBank and Hoang Long Cement Joint Stock Group officially signed a Cooperation Agreement. The content of the Agreement will be realized to increase coordination at a higher level between the two organizations; thereby best utilizing the advantages of OceanBank as well as Hoang Long Group based on each party's practices and capabilities.
This cooperation agreement is the result of a process of cooperation as well as very positive and close efforts of both parties to this day, and at the same time opens up opportunities for cooperation to achieve greater success in the future. The cooperation between OceanBank and Hoang Long Group will certainly bring practical benefits, enhancing the position of the two organizations among customers and investors.
