Modern production line - European technology
With a series of factories that are large capacity and modern production lines using European technology, Hoang Long Cement's products meet even the most stringent requirements of domestic and international customers. .
Central control room - the "heart" of the factory, where the entire production process of the factory is operated and monitored from the central control room, it is connected to production equipment by optimized control devices, thereby creating high accuracy and stability. The equipment line is 100% automatically monitored from the central computer through the S7-400 PLC system from Siemens (Germany).
X-Ray analyzer and professional QCX quality management software system help control finished product quality accurately and promptly. Material crushing and wind sweeping machines are installed with European’s technology, with high capacity, good quality, and efficient operation.
Diverse products - Consistent quality
Currently, Hoang Long Cement is providing various types of cement including PCB 30 and PCB 40. Hoang Long Cement Group's products are all produced by modern, synchronous equipment and technology lines. Advanced products are imported from European Union countries to create high quality, stable and environmentally friendly products.
Hoang Long Cement Group manages according to ISO 9001-2015 process, cement quality meets requirements according to TCVN 6260:2009 standards. Hoang Long's products are certified by the construction materials inspection center - Ministry of Construction as conforming to Quacert standards.
